Circling around me of late, is meditation. The quality of letting go free our attempts to label or name, or identify the objects, people and animals around us. Letting go of that, and being able to see deeper, see what is behind our assumption, estimations and interpretations. In working with the horse, the opportunity not only to be ‘in the moment,’ but to also practice a recession of identification is available at every moment.
What is meditation? From my understanding, meditation is the study of something, be it tangible or no, present or no. Studying it so deeply that it transcends thought and moves beyond words. Altogether it is powerful, and energizing. And, for now, that is all I have to say on the topic… more will likely follow.
